If you applied to the On-Farm Climate Action Fund (OFCAF) using a PDF application form, your email address is tied to an existing OFCAF enrolment and application submission. Using the same email address that was indicated on the previous OFCAF application will result in a prompt from osciaportal.org to reset your password for that email address. Once your password is reset you will be able to access your account on osciaportal.org.

If you receive a notification that your email address is already in use, but you have not created a user account in osciaportal.org and/or you did not apply to OFCAF, please contact us at: portalsupport@ontariosoilcrop.org for further assistance.

No. User accounts set up in ontarioprograms.net for the previous Canadian Agricultural Partnership or Growing Forward 2 programs are not transferred to osciaportal.org. If you have not created an account on osciaportal.org, please select Create an Account to get started.

If you had an account on membership.ontariosoilcrop.org, your login email will remain the same but the first time you login to osciaportal.org, you will be asked to reset your password. This is for the first login only, any subsequent logins will not require a reset.

There are a few reasons this may be happening.

  • If you have not previously created an account on osciaportal.org, you will need to Create an Account from the left side of the homepage.
  • User accounts set up in ontarioprograms.net specific to the Canadian Agricultural Partnership or Growing Forward 2 programs are not transferred to osciaportal.org. If you have not created an account on osciaportal.org, please select Create an Account. If you have forgotten your password, see How do I reset my password? below.

There are a few common reasons why you may not have received the confirmation email:

  • Check your junk or spam folders to see if the confirmation email from no-reply@ontariosoilcrop.org has been incorrectly marked as junk. If the confirmation email landed in your junk or spam folder, you will need to move the email to your inbox before the confirmation link can be clicked on.
  • The email address that you used to create your account is not valid. When creating a user account, ensure that your information is accurate and valid. You can request the confirmation email be resent by going to  osciaportal.org, and log in using your email and password used to create the account. If your account has not already been confirmed, you will be given the option to resend the confirmation email.

To ensure you receive a confirmation email, add no-reply@ontariosoilcrop.org to your acceptable/safe senders list.

After following the above steps, if you still do not receive a confirmation email, contact us at portalsupport@ontariosoilcrop.org for further assistance.

You can request the confirmation email be resent to you by going to osciaportal.org, and entering the email and password you used to create the account into the Log In window. If your account has not already been confirmed, you will be given an option for the confirmation email to be resent. The link in the confirmation email must be clicked within 24 hours of the email being sent or the link will expire.

Yes, you can. To change the login email*:

  1. Login to osciaportal.org with the email address and password that was used to create the account.
  2. On the Dashboard screen, click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
  3. Under Account Settings on the left side of the screen, click on Email. Enter the new email and click on Change Email.

*Please Note: The user who creates the account for the purpose of submitting enrolments and/or applications for cost-share programs must be legally able to bind that farm business to the terms and conditions of the program for which they are applying to. If you are unable to access the original email account, please contact us at  portalsupport@ontariosoilcrop.org for further assistance.

The person named as the account holder under My Profile must be legally able to bind the farm business to the terms and conditions of the program to which they are applying. The account holder’s first and last name will be synced to the farm business’s enrolment information and this name will be shown as a Legal Signing Authority on any cost-share applications.

To change the contact information, including the first name, last name, and phone number of the account holder:

  1. Login to osciaportal.org with the email address and password that was used to create the account.
  2. On the Dashboard screen, click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
  3. Under Account Settings on the left side of the screen, click on Profile. In the Update Profile window you can update the First Name, Last Name and Phone Number for your account and then click Save.
  • Click on the Forgot Password ➔ link on the osciaportal.org homepage under Existing User Login.
  • Enter your email address and click on the Reset Password.
  • You will receive a confirmation email from no-reply@ontariosoilcrop.org. Click on the link within the email within 24 hours and follow the steps to complete your password reset.

Yes, you can. To change your password:

  1. Login to osciaportal.org with the email address and password that was used to create the account.
  2. On the Dashboard screen, click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
  3. Under My Profile on the left side of the screen, click on Password. Enter your current password, the new password, and confirm your new password.
